The strapping lug has a first groove (80) extending in such a manner so that an oil inlet conduit (30) is provided on an exit face (78). A second groove (81) is extended in such a manner so that another oil inlet conduit (32) is provided on the exit face. The two grooves are intersected in order to connect the two oil inlet conduits. The exit face comprises a third groove (84) to receive a sealing joint. A support comprises a contact face (76), and is made of plastic material e.g. polyamide or polypropylene. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an oil inlet distributor (2) a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine.
