The system has an electrostatic loads depositing source i.e. electric charges generator (31), powered by an electric source of a vehicle, where the loads depositing source is arranged at proximity of a tire (1). The depositing source is activated during detection of determined rolling conditions. An interface (I) is arranged between the tire and a ground (2) and represented as an electrostatic condenser (3) for increasing a vertical load on the tire. The electric generator is controlled to maintain polarization of the tire.
