PURPOSE: A new heating cycle of an absorption type cold and hot water unit is provided to reduce circulating force by powering a refrigerant pump except a circulation pump and a spray pump. CONSTITUTION: A new heating cycle of an absorption type cold and hot water unit comprises an evaporator. The evaporator directly produces high-temperature water. The produced water is directly transferred to a high-temperature regenerator. The high-temperature regenerator is connected to an exhaust gas heat exchanger through pipe and valve structures.
