<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a rotary electric machine, which secures sufficient strength for preventing an external beam portion from swelling due to centrifugal force at the time when the rotor rotates, while securing large reluctance torque by enlarging magnetic resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 34 of the rotary electric machine includes a rotor core 32 formed by laminating a plurality of circular steel plates in an axial direction, a plurality of permanent magnets 33 buried inside the rotor core 32 by leaving a prescribed distance in a circumferential direction, and a plurality of opening portions 32c penetrating the rotor core 32 in the axial direction. The opening portions 32c are axis-symmetrically disposed to a magnetic pole center in the circumferential direction of the permanent magnets 33 installed inside the rotor core 32. In the opening portions 32c, two or more column portions 32f and 32g connecting an internal beam portion 32d positioned on an inner peripheral side of the opening portion 32c and an external beam portion 32e positioned on an outer peripheral side are axis-symmetrically arranged to a center line C1 in the circumferential direction of the opening portion 32c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
