<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform attitude control suited to the state of a weight body on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Actual dynamic characteristic quantity is obtained (by sensing) from entire bodies to be controlled including a current occupant on the vehicle by direct measurement by means of measuring instruments and/or estimation based on control results (archival records).
