<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document creation system for creating a game plan which improves a fun of competing for scores, the fun being the intrinsic fun of a game (such as a bowling game). <P>SOLUTION: The system, which uses a template 11 indicating the game plan 12 corresponding to the number of participants to games, is equipped with: a means which imparts identification information to the participants, the names to be embedded to embedding places B1 to B24 for embedding the names of the participants being given to the identification information; a means which reads the template 11 according to the number of participants; and a means for embedding the names of the participants to the embedding places B1 to B24 of the read template 11 on the basis of the identification information.
