The combination has thermoelectric generators attached below collectors of heat pipe vacuum tubes. The thermoelectric generators are cooled down by airflow at bottom, where water flows above the collectors of the vacuum tubes, and is heated up and used for household applications. The water is collected in a water collector. A water circuit is directly connected to a hot water tank of a single-or multi-family house. Heat energy is obtained by the heat pipe vacuum tubes and transferred by the collectors to a metal plate.
