A method for uplink feedback is provided in the present invention. The method includes: in the uplink feedback signaling sent from a network side to a User Equipment (UE), there is indicator information, which is newly added, for identifying the feedback procedure. A system for uplink feedback is further provided in the present invention. The system includes a transmitting unit (20) for transmitting an uplink feedback signaling to a UE; in the uplink feedback signaling, there is indicator information, which is newly added, for identifying the feedback procedure. By applying the technical solution of the present invention, after receiving an uplink feedback signaling, a UE can uniquely determine, according to the identifier information of Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) and the indicator information in the uplink feedback signaling, the uplink feedback signaling. Even an uplink feedback signaling is sent multiple times during the same feedback produce, the UE can be ensured to feed back only once. The present invention prevents a UE from feeding back multiple times during the same feedback procedure, thus preventing the network side from making a mistaken decision due to the inaccurate statistic information made by itself.
