A curable material delivery cannula device for delivering a curable material, such as bone cement, into bone as part of a curable material delivery system is disclosed. The device includes a cannula 36 and a probe. The cannula 36 includes an open proximal end 80, a deflectable segment 88 forming a pre-set curve, a lumen 71, and side orifice(s) 84 adjacent and proximally spaced from, and the distal end 82 and fluidly connected to the lumen 71. When inserted within a guide cannula 22, the deflectable segment 88 straightens. When distally extended from the guide cannula 22, the deflectable segment 88 reverts to the curved shape. The probe can be inserted into the lumen. |
