Disclosed is an oral dosage form comprising ibuprofen and about 24 mg to about 28 mg of famotidine, wherein the ibuprofen and the famotidine are combined in a ratio in the range 29: 1 to 32: 1 with at least one excipient for the treatment of acute pain, dysmennorhea, or acute inflammation.
