<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of suppressing standby power with a simple structure and at a low cost, and to provide a pump and a liquid circulation device. <P>SOLUTION: The motor includes: a motor coil 5; a motor drive power 1 that supplies electric power to the motor coil 5; a control circuit 3 that controls driving of the motor coil 5; and a regulator 2 that supplies operating power to the control circuit 3 upon reception of power supply from the motor drive power supply 1. Between the motor drive power 1 and the regulator 2, there is provided a switch SW2 whose ON/OFF state is switched by an external signal input according to an ON/OFF operation of a switch SW1 to turn ON/OFF an output of the regulator 2 according to an ON/OFF state of the switch SW2.
