<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat-containing baozi (Chinese meat bun) free from a trouble of forming a bun skin sticky with meat juice in spite of oozing of the meat juice from a filling in the case of heating the bun. <P>SOLUTION: In the meat-containing baozi, the filling is compounded with a gelatinized material containing at least one kind of substance selected from agar, gelatin and carrageenan in combination with hyaluronic acid and/or its salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
