<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld an upper fitting and a lower fitting to an existing main pipe with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a fitting 1 for a non-blow construction method, which includes an upper fitting 3 and a lower fitting 4 prepared by dividing a pipe material 2 in the pipe axial direction. In the pipe material 2, an insertion hole for an existing main pipe is formed coaxially to an insertion axis orthogonal to the pipe axis. The pipe material 2 is divided by being cut along a virtual cutting plane S2 that is inclined with respect to an orthogonal plane orthogonal to the pipe axis and extends along the insertion axis. A groove 10 is formed on the entire perimeter between cutting ends 3a, 4a of the upper fitting 3 and the lower fitting 4, respectively. The inclination angle θ of the virtual cutting plane S2 with respect to the orthogonal plane is not greater than a first bevel angle θ1 on the upper fitting 3 side in an uppermost portion 10A at the uppermost position in the groove 10, and not greater than a second bevel angle on the lower fitting 4 side in a lowermost portion at the lowest most position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
