PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of sufficiently reducing, particularly, stress easily getting into fracture of a weld zone out of stresses acting on the weld zone among a coil terminal and one end of a power line when coupling the one end of the power line with a terminal block.
SOLUTION: A three-phase motor 10 comprises: a cylindrical stator 11 including a wound wire coil 14; a rotor 12; a coil terminal 15 drawn out from the wound wire coil 14; a power line 16 having a connection end 18, which is welded to the coil terminal 15, at its one end and a fastening part 17, which is coupled with a terminal block 40, at its other end; and a weld zone 19 formed by welding the coil terminal 15 and the connection end 18. When the power line 16 is coupled with the terminal block 40, the weld zone 19 is formed in a manner that shear stress acting on the weld zone 19 is smaller than tension stress or compression stress acting on the weld zone 19, for example, in a state that the coil terminals 15 and the connection ends 18 are arranged in a circumferential direction of the stator 11.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
