<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device, an image display method, and a program enabling easy switching between a screen including a similar image and a screen including a dissimilar image. <P>SOLUTION: The embodiment includes a similar image retrieval unit 11a for retrieving an image similar to a reference image, a first display controller 11b for displaying a screen including a similar image which is the retrieved similar image, and a similar image 85 shown in the similar image screen and a dissimilar image 87 in sequence with the similar image in the prescribed order; and further comprises a second display controller 11c for displaying a screen including an extended similar image which separately displays the similar image 85 and the dissimilar image 87, and a controller 11 which at least controls the first display controller 11b and the second display controller 11c and switches from the screen including the similar image to the screen including the extended similar image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
