<p>An operation support device (100) is provided with an operation screen generation unit (102) for generating an operation screen according to an operation of a user; an operation support video recording unit (106) which, when a communication terminal (150) is shared with the operation screen, generates video data by recording the operation screen and stores the generated video data into a storage unit (108); a display control unit (111) for displaying the operation screen upon a display (103); and an operation support video playback unit (110) which, when the operation screen is not shared with the communication terminal (150), reads video data corresponding to the operation screen from the storage unit (108) and plays back the read video data; wherein the display control unit (111), when the operation screen is not shared with the communication terminal (150), displays the operation screen and the operation support video indicated by the video data played back by the operation support video playback unit (110) at the same time upon the display (103).</p> |
