A magnet fixing tray of electromagnetic clutch mainly comprises: radiation fins (1), radiating venting holes (2) and second radiating fins (13). The tray body can be cooled by cyclone air flow produced by radiation fins (1) rotating with tray body passing through the radiation venting holes (2), and it is avoided that the heat is conducted to each driving bearing, lubricating grease is diluted by the heat of high temperature and overflows, and thus the driving bearings are prematurely worn and damaged. A method for manufacturing the magnet fixing tray of electromagnetic clutch by compression casting molding and a electromagnetic clutch having this magnet fixing tray are also provided.
