The disclosure relates to amide derivatives of formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof which selectively and effectively inhibit the growth of cancer cells induced by the overexpression of an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and also prevents the development of drug resistance caused by the mutation of EGFR tyrosine kinase, a pharmaceutical composition comprising same as an active ingredient, and uses thereof in the manufacture of a medicament.
