NEW SULFONAMIDE DERIVATIVES AS BRADYKININ ANTAGONISTS

Disclosed are sulphonamide derivatives represented by general formula (I), such as 4-[2-(2,4-dichloro-phenoxy)phenylsulfamoyl]-N- { 2-[ 4-pyridin-4-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethyl]-benzamide dihydrochloride, and optical antipodes or racemates and/or salts and/or hydrates and/or solvates thereof. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the compounds of formula (I) as well as the use of the compounds for treating a condition which requires the inhibition of a bradykinin receptor such as pain.
