<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized rotary electric machine with high output for a motor formed with concentrated winding coils continuously wound using rectangular wires. <P>SOLUTION: Split cores before being wound are mounted on front/rear devices, the split cores are wound by being arranged back and forth to keep the path for winding, all sides of rectangular wires are properly arranged by keeping positions of winding starting lines and winding ending lines of the coils continuously wound at approximately 90 degrees by using opening/closing chucks on the front/rear devices, the opening/closing chucks are mounted on the front/rear devices for the split cores, and the front/rear devices for the split cores are moved back and forth and the opening/closing chucks are opened and closed, thereby forming coils continuously wound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
