<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device manufacturing system and a display device manufacturing method, which can solve the problem that in the condition of supporting a liquid crystal panel with a part thereof extending off a holding stage, the extending part of the liquid crystal panel ends up being curved downward under its own weight and in such condition, the part of the liquid crystal panel extending off the holding stage and curved downward interferes with a processing unit when inserting the holding stage holding the liquid crystal panel into the processing unit. <P>SOLUTION: The display device manufacturing system has a holding stage for holding a liquid crystal panel, and an air supply opening in at least one location underneath the holding stage, through which a jet of support air can be directed upward from outside the holding stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
