<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber molded product allowing excellent maintenance of rubber properties after vulcanization molding, while allowing filling of unvulcanized rubber into a die while suppressing bubbles or incomplete filling. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing the rubber molded product 7, the unvulcanized rubber filled inside the die 1 is unmolded from the die 1 after heating and vulcanization. A space inside the die 1 is divided into a plurality of regions, the unvulcanized rubber is filled into one of the plurality of regions in a state that the one is partitioned from the other regions by a partition member 25, a process thereof is repeated until a final region among the plurality of regions, thereafter the partition member 25 is taken out from the die 1, and the unvulcanized rubber is filled into the final region to fill the unvulcanized rubber into all the regions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
