<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain an appropriate exposure correction effect even when a plurality of different exposure corrections are performed. <P>SOLUTION: When an average luminance based on a subject luminance of an entire imaging screen is equal to or lower than a first luminance, a smaller one of a first exposure correction amount calculated based on the subject luminance of the entire imaging screen and a second exposure correction amount calculated based on subject luminance in a highly bright area of the imaging screen is set as a correction amount to be used in exposure correction, and when the average luminance is higher than the first luminance, a larger one of the first exposure correction amount and the second exposure correction amount is set as the correction amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
