When the catcher stopper 21 is protruded by the energizing body 23, the holding body 22 is at an advanced position and in a non-holding state. When the holding body 22 is at a retract position and in a holding state, the catcher stopper 21 is drawn in. An engagement hole 402 for the catcher stopper 21 is provided in a concave portion Mb. At reference position of the catcher 2, the position where the catcher stopper 21 is engaged with the engagement hole 402, an energy storage is made to energizing means 3.
