PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film whose conductive pattern is hardly visible capable of attaining stable electrical performance by securing insulation of a insulating part.

SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film according to the present invention includes: a transparent substrate with insulation quality; and a mesh-like member consisting of metal with conductivity and disposed in the transparent substrate. In the transparent substrate, a conductive part in which the mesh-like member is arranged, and an insulating part I in which a v 5 formed by removing only the mesh-like member without dissolving the transparent substrate 2 is arranged.
