<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mixtures of water soluble polymers for making aqueous cleaning formulations having improved sensorial properties, while maintaining suitable levels of viscosity, foaming, emulsion capacity, and cleaning efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The mixtures of water soluble polymers includes high molecular weight polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydrophilic cationic cellulose, and cationic cellulose.
