<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which can perform from the extension of sheet material through cutting in a relatively short time with a simple structure and can be installed in a relatively narrow space. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting device 1 comprises a cutting table 2, a cutting unit 22 and a textile bundle unrolling machine 3. A textile on which textile bundle unrolling is performed by the unrolling machine 3 from a roller 5 is extended from one end side to the other end side by a conveyor belt 21 on the cutting table 2 to extend over a support face Ac. The textile is cut by a separating cutter 28 of a cutter head 25 and separated from the roller 5 so as to form a fabric piece 51. The conveyor belt 21 transports the fabric piece 51 from the other end side to the one end side to place the other end part of the fabric piece 51 at the one end side of the support face Ac. The textile rolled out from the textile bundle unrolling machine 3 is positioned on the fabric piece 51, and then a textile 52 is laminated on the fabric piece 51 by textile bundle unrolling operation of the textile bundle unrolling machine 3 and extending operation of the conveyor belt 21.
