<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load driving device that achieves a synchronous rectification operation with an extremely simple circuit, a soft switching operation by which little switching loss is generated, and a high power factor, and that can control a rectified DC bus voltage on the input side and an output voltage on the load side simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: A load driving device 1 is configured by: a full-bridge circuit 3 consisting of first to fourth switching elements Q1-Q4; a smoothing capacitor C1 connected in parallel to both series circuits of each pair of switching elements, and that stores a DC bus voltage rectified and boosted by the first to fourth switching elements Q1-Q4; an AC power supply Vac and a boosting inductor L1 connected between middle connection points of both series circuits; an LLC resonance circuit 4 including a resonance inductor Ls, an exciting inductance Lm, and a resonance capacitor C2 that are arranged in a primary-side circuit of a high-frequency transformer T1; and a secondary-side circuit of the high-frequency transformer T1 connected to a load R1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
