<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of enlarging a dynamic range. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises: plural pixels (101) that are arranged in the form of a two-dimensional matrix and that output signals generated by photoelectric conversion of a photoelectric conversion unit; and plural signal processing circuits (102) including operational amplifiers (306) that amplify signals output from pixels in each column in a selected row among the plural pixels. Each pixel includes a reset switch (204) for resetting the pixel. Each signal processing circuit sets a difference between a DC voltage obtained when an output signal from the pixel on the basis of the resetting by the reset switch is amplified by the operational amplifier and a DC voltage obtained when an output signal from the pixel on the basis of the photoelectric conversion is amplified by the operational amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
