<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding type electronic component which can be mounted well on a circuit board, or the like, while satisfy both requests of "heavy current" and "low profile". <P>SOLUTION: A groove 12a in the undersurface of each conductor layer 12 provided on the undersurface at the lower flange 11c of the core 11 of a winding type electronic component has a slope region 12a1 where the depth DG decreases gradually from one end of the lower flange 11c of a core 11 toward the other end direction, and the bottom of a groove is inclining at a first inclination angle θ1 against the flat part of the undersurface of the lower flange 11c of a core 11. Each connection end 13c of the winding 13 is arranged in the slope region 12a1 on the bottom of a groove in the undersurface of each conductor layer 12 to straddle one end of the lower flange 11c of a core 11, and inclining at a second inclination angle θ1, substantially matching to the first inclination angle θ1, against the flat part on the undersurface of the lower flange 11c of a core 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
