<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier cup which can smoothly lift up and down an inspection object in the delivery process, and properly positioning the inspection object on a belt conveyor, and to provide a method of delivering the inspection object. <P>SOLUTION: In the carrier cup 1, an upward opening 3 thrown in the inspection object 7 and a groove part 5 extending in a horizontal direction are formed on a support body 2 put on the belt conveyors 13, 17. The support body 2 is cylindrical wherein the groove part 5 is formed in the all circumferences. The method of delivering the inspection object includes: the process for latching a plurality of claws facing each other with the groove part 5 of the carrier cup 1; the process for lifting up the inspection object 7 from the carrier cup 1; the process for lowering the inspection object 7 to the height to throw in the opening 3 of the carrier cup 1; and the process for separating the plurality of claws from the groove part 5 of the carrier cup 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
