<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering device for used frying oil, capable of filtering the used frying oil in a small installation space and filtering it in a high temperature state as it is. <P>SOLUTION: In the filtering device for the frying oil including a filtering container 11 having a cylindrical body wall 20 and a bottom wall 22 closing the lower end of the cylindrical body wall 20 and a lid material 13 freely detachably provided to the upper end of the cylindrical body wall 20, an opening 26 for filtrate discharge is formed on the bottom wall 22 of the filtering container 11, a filtering sheet 28 is provided on the bottom wall 22, and the lid material 13 is provided with an introducing pipe 50 which is connected to the discharge pipe of the used frying oil provided to a fryer and introduces the used frying oil into the filtering container 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
