<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footwear storage device that efficiently stores footwear, that facilitates putting in and taking out footwear, and that is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The footwear storage device includes: a rotary plate 10 in which a first shoe 50 can be placed and in which the +D side in a D direction orthogonally crossing the extension direction of the horizontally extending shaft (rotary shaft) 11 is supported rotatably around the shaft 11, wherein -D side is vertically movable; a slide plate 20 which is arranged below the rotary plate 10, which is designed to place a second shoe 55 on, and which is slidable in the D direction; and a projected part 21 which is installed on the +D side of the slide plate 20 and -D side of the shaft 11, which projects to the +H side, and which slides on the lower face 15 of the rotary plate 10 when the slide plate 20 is slid in the D direction.
