<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unique food dough mixer in which the clearance between the internal side surface of a rotating bowl and the side part of a rotating stirrer and the clearance between the internal bottom surface of the same rotating bowl and the bottom part of the stirrer can be simultaneously adjusted, and with which the desired dough preparation time, dough viscosity, or the like can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The food dough mixer has the rotating bowl 2 for preparing the dough, and the rotating stirrer 3 disposed vertically between the rotational axis O and the internal side surface 2a of the bowl, and includes inclination elevation means 4 rotationally supporting the stirrer in a vertical manner, while raising or lowering the stirrer at an angle θ of acclivity to the rotational axis of the bowl. By the raising and lowering of the stirrer at an inclination with the inclination elevation means, the clearance C1 between the internal side surface of the rotating bowl and the side part 3a of the stirrer and the clearance C2 between the internal bottom surface 2b of the same rotating bowl and the bottom part 3b of the stirrer can be simultaneously adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
