<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter coefficient setting method of a digital reception device and a digital reception device capable of receiving a desired wave signal without the signal being removed even when simultaneously receiving a noise signal having the same frequency as the desired wave signal. <P>SOLUTION: A memory 33a stores a center frequency fk of a desired wave signal Sk. Then, a filter control unit 33 calculates the center frequency of a noise signal Sn every time when performing learning processing and compares the calculated center frequency of the noise signal Sn with the center frequency of the desired wave signal Sk. When the center frequency of the noise signal Sn matches the center frequency of the desired wave signal Sk in the comparison, it is determined that the noise signal Sn having the frequency matching the frequency of the desired wave signal Sk happens to be received simultaneously, and coefficients calculated in the learning processing are reset.
