<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable firm installation of an outer wall member by forming a ventilation space part throughout the space between a wall surface substrate body and an outer wall member so as to achieve shortening of construction period and reduction in construction cost thanks to improved workability. <P>SOLUTION: An outer wall member mounting fitting comprises a mounting plate part 10, a standing wall part 11 erected in an orthogonal state, a driving piece part 13 integrally formed in the leading edge, and a receiving plate 14 bent opposed to the mounting plate 10 in the leading edge of the standing wall part 11.
