<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to delete erroneously transmitted e-mail by solving the problem of the conventional technique for preventing erroneous transmission or deleting erroneously transmitted e-mail in which attached file saved in a hard disk of receiver's information processing terminal can not be deleted through sender's information processing terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An e-mail deleting method and a device provide a function that, when a mail client machine (sender) 10 erroneously transmits an e-mail to a mail client machine (receiver) 10, a deleting mail is created on the mail client machine (sender) 10 and sent to the mail client machine (receiver) 10; thereby the e-mail on the mail client machine (receiver) 10 and attached file stored in a hard disk of receiver's information terminal are deleted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
