<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having a display panel unit which is easy to assemble and ensures the quality even when a touch panel is disposed in front of a display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The display panel unit comprises: a display panel 115b; an associated member 115c at least a part of which is larger than the display panel 115b; and a frame 115d having a first receiving part X1 which receives the display panel 115b and a second receiving part X2 which receives the associated member 115c in a state being piled up on the display panel 115b. The frame 115d has a box-like shape which has a bottom plane portion 115d1 and side face portion 115d2 rising up from the edge of the bottom plane portion 115d1 and open upper portion; and an upper portion of the side face portion 115d2 is formed in a step-like shape so as to protrude outward. In an inner space formed by the bottom plane portion 115d1 and the side face portion 115d2, a space formed with the bottom plane portion 115d1 and a portion other than the upper portion of the side face portion 115d2 forms the first receiving part X1, and in the inner space, a space other than the first receiving part X1 forms the second receiving part X2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
