Provided is a laminated film for electronic devices that has excellent gas barrier properties (for example, water vapor barrier properties). On one surface of a film substrate (25) formed from a transparent resin, the following are formed sequentially in the order given: an anchor layer (24) formed of a hardened polymerizable composition containing a vinyl monomer and/or a prepolymer, a barrier layer (23) containing a metal or metal compound, an etching protective layer (22) having acid- or alkali- resistance, and a transparent electro-conductive layer (21) formed from an inorganic compound. The vinyl monomer and/or prepolymer contain at least a silicon (meta) acrylate monomer and/or prepolymer. The present laminated film (20) may also have an anti-glare layer (26) formed on the other surface of the film substrate. The present laminated film (20) is disposed on the display surface side of the ink layer of an electronic paper.
