摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The solid state laser has common laser resonator (1) that has mirror (2), active medium (3), acousto-optic modulator (4), and switch (5), and branch resonators (6). The branch resonators have dispersion prisms (12,14,15), non-linear crystals (10,11) and resonator mirrors (8,9). The switch is moved between two positions, to select either of branch resonators such that laser beams branched at common resonator and passed along branch resonators are incident on dispersion prisms (12,15) where laser beams pass along same axis. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Solid state laser. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Since switch is moved to select either of branch resonators, the laser beams branched at common resonator and passed along the branch resonators are incident on dispersion prisms, reliable deflection of laser beam can be achieved even if the target position of switch is slightly deviated.
