<p>Disclosed is a modulation power supply circuit in which overshoot/under shoot can be reduced to avoid the increase in device size, and in which the efficiency of an error amplifier can be improved to impart high efficiency to the modulation power supply circuit. The modulation power supply circuit (100) comprises: a control unit (140) for comparing an envelope signal to be input with a threshold value in a threshold table (160) by means of a comparator (150) to produce a switching signal for switching each of switches (121) to (123) in a switching unit (120); and a delay insertion unit (200) for monitoring the switching signal to be input to the switching unit (120) and inserting a delay for delaying the timing of switching into the switching signal for the purpose of avoiding the simultaneous on/off operation of the switches (121) to (123) in the switch unit (120).</p> |
