PURPOSE: An LED operation apparatus which improves stability is provided to use a plurality of LED channels as a balance circuit, thereby securing stability such as current balance of parallel operation. CONSTITUTION: An LED part(800) comprises a plurality of LEDs(810-840). A control part(600) uniformly controls a current supplied to the LED part by receiving current feedback of the LED part. A rectifier part(200) rectifies an AC power source(100). A power efficiency calibrator(300) controls power efficiency of power rectified in the rectifier part according to a control signal of the control part. A switching part(400) switches output power of the power efficiency calibrator according to the control signal. A transformer(500) converts an applied power source along the switching operation of the switching part according to a predetermined winding ratio. A synthesizing part(700) rectifies a current outputted from both ends in the transformer. A balance circuit part(900) includes a primary coil and secondary coil with 1 to 1 winding ratio.
