Provided is the use of an anti-CD20 antibody in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in a human patient, wherein the patient is also undergoing chemotherapy, and wherein the chemotherapy includes only CVP (cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone) therapy.
