<p>A multimedia messaging service (MMS) center and method for caching mobile phone newspaper thereof are disclosed. The MMS center includes a memory module, mobile phone newspaper processing module and network attached storage (NAS) module. In the method, after receiving a MMS, the MMS center decodes the MMS and checks whether the MMS is a mobile phone newspaper. If it is true, the MMS center will forward the MMS body to the mobile phone newspaper processing module. The mobile phone newspaper processing module will check whether there is a same message body saved in the memory module. If it is true, the received MMS body will be dropped. Otherwise, the received MMS body will be saved into the memory module. In the solution above, the processing efficiency of the MMS center and user experience are improved.</p> |
