<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conduction/cutoff/restoration system of a power supply circuit capable of automatically restoring power conduction to a home use apparatus except for an apparatus which is in leakage state, even if the leakage state of a part of home use apparatuses continues. <P>SOLUTION: A power conduction/cutoff/restoration system of a distribution panel circuit restores power conduction of a leakage breaker as well as all branch breakers other than the branch breaker of an accident branch circuit, by repeating a series of control operations, in which after branch breakers are opened when a leakage breaker acts by a control unit capable of controlling operation of the leakage breaker and a plurality of branch breakers, the leakage breaker is restored while the branch breakers are sequentially restored for confirming re-operation of the leakage breaker, and then upon occurrence of re-operation, an accident branch circuit is identified and a circuit breaker which manages the accident branch circuit is prohibited from restoring.
