PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent an occurrence of a disk slip.

SOLUTION: A disk driving device includes: a humidity detection sensor 19 (a humidity detection part) for detecting humidity inside an optical disk driving device (the disk driving device); and a control circuit 21 (a disk rotation rate control part) for changing rotation rate of an optical disk being rotated by a turn table in accordance with the humidity detected by the humidity detection sensor 19.
