<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed conversion technology as a whole, in which each of a DC coefficient and three AC coefficients of Hadamard transform coefficients is calculated in two-stage calculation and in which the four coefficients can be calculated in the same timing. <P>SOLUTION: An addition/subtraction unit 106 adds or subtracts each of four integral data which are conversion targets inputted from input terminals 101 to 104 to generate intermediate data. A subtraction unit 111 subtracts the intermediate data from the data inputted to the input terminal 101 and outputs it from an output terminal 112. Addition units 112 to 114 add the intermediate data to each of the data inputted to the input terminals 102 to 104 to generate AC coefficient data in the same timing as that of the subtraction unit 111, and outputs them from output terminals 122 to 124. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
