<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor stable in environmental changes. <P>SOLUTION: The touch sensor 1 comprises; an oscillator 3 which outputs a periodic operation signal; an antenna electrode 2 which has a capacitance that forms an output signal by distorting the operation signal and in which the capacitance varies based on approach of a human body, thereby changing a wave of the output signal; detection circuits 3, 4 and 5 which generate a detection value according to a difference between the output signal and a predetermined reference voltage; and determination means 3 which determines approach of a human body to the antenna electrode 2 based on the detection value.
