<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell reducing surface reflectance on a light-receiving surface and having excellent characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell includes: a texture structure formed on a light-receiving surface side of a silicon substrate; a light-receiving surface passivation film formed on the texture structure; and an antireflection film on the light-receiving surface passivation film.
