<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central air conditioning system in which discomfort of a room that a person newly enters is promptly reduced in accordance with the quantity of heat required for each room, without impairing comfort of a room wherein a person has already stayed. <P>SOLUTION: In preset detection timing, a control device 60 calculates a heat capacity Cz for each of a plurality of rooms A-D. Under a quick air conditioning mode, the control device 60 utilizes the calculated heat capacity Cz to set the quantity of heat to be supplied to each of the rooms, namely, an opening rate Q of switch valves 31-34. At such a time, when a total sum Ht of calculated room air conditioning heat quantities H is equal to or more than a maximum air conditioning capability Hmax of an air conditioning unit 12, the control device 60 proportionally distributes the quantity of heat of the maximum air conditioning capability Hmax of the air conditioning unit 12 on the basis of the calculated room air conditioning heat quantities H. If the total sum Ht of the room air conditioning heat quantities H is less than the maximum air conditioning capability Hmax of the air conditioning unit 12, on the other hand, the control device 60 supplies to each of the rooms the quantity of heat corresponding to the room air conditioning heat quantity H calculated for each of the rooms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
